- [ ] Customize Booking Link: Personalize your unique MyCoachBoard booking link/URL to share with clients (found in Scheduling/Settings).

Here's how MyCoachBoard streamlines bringing a new client onboard:
- Share Intake Form: Send a link to your online intake form (created externally or via simple questions) using MCB Messaging.
- Schedule Discovery Call: Share your MCB Scheduling Link for the prospect to book a time that works for both of you.
- Create Client Profile: Once they commit, create their profile in the Client Management section, adding notes from the call.
- Send Agreement & Invoice: Use MCB Messaging to send your contract (attach PDF) and use MCB Payments to send the first invoice or set up their subscription.
- Assign Welcome Materials: Use MCB Plans or Messaging to share initial resources, questionnaires, or welcome videos.
- Book First Session: Client uses your booking link again, or you schedule it manually in the MCB Calendar.
